AEMT, TEMS, VAEC
As the son of a equine veterinarian in rural Maine, Jim grew up fixing critters, both large and small, from an early age. Following university and a hitch in the U.S. Army he journeyed to numerous countries grappling with various states of unrest. His experience ranges from front line aid stations in war torn Bosnia to hurricane ravaged New Orleans (a storm chase gone awry). He spends his CONUS time in Virginia teaching EMS and running with a volunteer rescue as an AIC and training officer.
